In the month of May and December, we took the opportunity and reached out to all of our valued residents living in the over 10,000 suites that we manage across Canada.
The intent of this courtesy call was to see how you were doing during the pandemic and to also understand how we’ve been doing as your property manager.
Some of the questions our team members asked were:
- How have you been doing during the crisis?
- What can we do to help you during this time?
- How have we been doing?
- Are their ways we can improve?
Our efforts to reach out was appreciated. The feedback and the comments we received from residents was so positive, that we are planning on future touchpoints this year.
