Helping your kids adjust to school after lockdown

As Covid-19 restrictions begin to ease, students and parents are preparing for a return to school. This can be challenging time for families as children and their parents have had to work out how to balance school, work, and play while dealing with anxieties and worries about the pandemic. Anxious students will likely need some initial assurance from trusted adults that returning to school is okay. Being open, honest, and encouraging with students is key.
