We are excited to announce that in the first week of May, we will be unveiling a new upgraded Resident Portal – a simple, secure and easy-to-access online destination for all your resident needs from rent payment options to maintenance and amenity requests.

We are continuously trying to find new ways to enhance your experience. We understand that people, and their homes, are at the core of our business and we wanted our Resident Portal to reflect that. The better your experience, the greater our success.
As a cloud-based platform, the new Resident Portal provides a simple, easy to use interface for residents. Some of the main benefits include:
Maintenance requests are routed directly to our property team in real-time, enabling a smoother process and even faster response times.
Residents can securely pay rent directly through the portal, including the ability to set up scheduled payments by linking to your financial institution. The Portal will also allow you to track all your rent payment information including current and past balances.
Need to book the party room for a special event? The Resident Portal will feature an easy-to-use online booking tool to show availability and allow you to quickly secure your request.

Moving to our new Resident Portal is a significant undertaking and requires that we temporarily suspend the current system from April 8th to May 4th, 2021, until we are able to provide you with a unique invitation link to register.
